30 to 36 foot level pads with electric, water and some have sewer too.
Each site comes with 2 pens for your special equines!
30 amp is $25.00 a night and up.
50 amp is $30.00 a night and up.
**Deposit- is half the amount of total stay (total number of nights booked).
**No Refunds given, No transfer on Holidays, any school breaks or organized trail rides.
**On all other times - If we are given 2 weeks notice prior of date we will allow a one time transfer only to another time within a year of booking date.
